**Stock Manager (m/w/d) in Wien**

Context

**Was wird Ihre Mission sein?**

**Als Stock Manager (m/w/d) stehen Sie im Mittelpunkt der Stockverwaltung im Store.**

Sie können Ihr Organisationstalent sowohl in der Koordination der Warenannahme als auch in der Übernahme des Stockverwaltung einbringen. Sie verantworten sowohl die Koordination des Warenversands als auch die Pflege unserer Hermès-Waren und entlasten unsere Sales Assistants in allen logistischen Tätigkeiten.

Main responsibilities

**Wie wird Ihr Alltag aussehen?**
- Sie übernehmen das Stockmanagement, worunter die Annahme von eingehenden Warenlieferungen, die Überprüfung der Lieferscheine, die anschließende Etikettierung sowie die Einlagerung der Ware fällt
- Sie koordinieren den Warenversand ins Inland und Ausland
- Sie bestellen und verwalten das Verpackungsmaterial
- Sie entlasten die Sales Assistans in allen logistischen Angelegenheiten
- Sie unterstützen bei der Archivierung aufbewahrungspflichtiger Unterlagen
- Sie betreiben Inventurarbeiten
- Sie unterstützen bei der Artikelsuche im In
- und Ausland
- Sie verantworten die Warenpflege, worunter die regelmäßige Überprüfung auf Beschädigungen etc. fällt
- Die Verwaltung des Warenlagers gehört ebenfalls zu ihrer Kerntätigkeit

Profile

**Was brauchen Sie, um bei uns erfolgreich zu sein?**
- Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lager
- und Bestandsverwaltung, vorzugsweise im Einzelhandel
- Ein großes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit modernen Medien und haben Spaß daran, diese effizient im Alltag einzusetzen
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Warenwirtschaftsprogramme)
