As a Senior Lecturer/Researcher in Resilient Energy Systems, you will lead research projects and teach in the field of resilient energy systems. Collaborating with fellow scientists, your role involves developing innovative solutions for the challenges of energy transition. Your tasks will include:
- Participation in and potentially leading research projects in the field of resilient energy systems
- Conducting lectures
- Supervising academic work
- Developing educational products both in content and didactics
- Guest lecturing nationally and internationally
- Engagement in professional committees and participation in scientific conferences
- Creating concepts and solutions for integrating renewable energies into existing systems
- Publication of research results in journals and conferences
- Collaboration with industry partners and other research institutions
- Proficiency in energy communities, sustainable urban planning, societal trends, and current developments in renewable energies
- Completed Master's/ Diploma degree; PhD is advantageous
- Strong grasp of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience in academic teaching and interdisciplinary research
- Expertise in securing funding (national/international) is a plus
- Relevant publication record is beneficial
- High level of teamwork and proactivity
- Excellent German and English language skills
