German-speaking Recruiter

Reporting To:
Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South

Location:
UK or Austria or Hungary or Bulgaria

Language Requirements:
Fluent English & German Language skills are essential

How will you make an impact?


Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you'll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Switzerland including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.


What will you do?

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
  • Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager
  • Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy
  • Proactively sourcing talent
  • Facilitating debrief meetings
  • Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
  • Building Talent Pipelines
  • Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process
  • Participate in projects as needed

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent

Experience

  • Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function
  • Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently, and negotiation skills
