We are looking for a Chief of Staff at i5invest in Vienna

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the senior management team & report to the CEO
  • Leading/Managing/Executing special projects
  • Supporting in strategy design and breaking down into executable steps
  • Participating in strategic initiatives by leading them and reporting results back to the CEO
  • Supporting the expansion of the company's geographic footprint
  • Overseeing and managing highly prioritized projects from the CEO's office
  • Ensuring all strategic hiring issues are adequately addressed in tandem with the company growth strategy
  • Supervising and managing company processes on behalf of the CEO (deal pipeline, multiproject status, resources, recruiting, backoffice,)
  • Planning and directing operational and financial work on behalf of the CEO
  • Assisting the CEO in facilitating effective decisionmaking

Your profile:

  • University degree in business, law, or a related field or significant job experience in this role
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC, financial advisory, m&a, law firm, technology companies, or as a former employee of a scaling/fastgrowing startup
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
  • Experience or extensive interest in geographic expansion and deal flow management, corporate development processes, investment processes, and the global tech industry
  • Excellent management, leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Team builder with strong leadership skills. The ability to hire, lead, manage, and train a fastgrowing team
  • Analytical skills, fast thinking, and being a good decision maker
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT), collaboration tools, etc.
  • Impeccable English skills
  • Fast learner, independent with a handson mentality
  • Flexibility
