Job Title: General Staff/Monitoring at OSCE Mission to Skopje

Description:

  • Support project implementation through all steps of the project cycle, including needs analysis, outcome formulation, and budget forecasting.
  • Conduct research, synthesize data, and present information on SALW-related issues.
  • Prepare internal and external reports, provide input on project progress, and assist in evaluation reports.
  • Describe and present project activities progress, investigate outputs, and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Arrange coordination meetings, workshops, and related activities, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relations with operational level stakeholders, ensuring coordination with key partners.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Citizenship or permanent residence in the Republic of North Macedonia.
  • First-level university degree in business/public administration, management or project management.
  • Training and certification in project and/or programme management.
  • At least 2 years of professional project management experience, preferably in an international organization.
  • Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with ORACLE applications, Integrated Resource Management, and DocIn database is a plus.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local language(s), with gender awareness and sensitivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment while maintaining impartiality.
  • Valid driving license required.

Remuneration Package:

Monthly remuneration, with social benefits including participation in medical insurance and the OSCE Provident Fund.

Note: The OSCE does not request payment at any stage of the application and review process.
