In dieser wichtigen Schlüsselposition sind Sie direkt dem Hoteldirektor unterstellt und für den Planeten Living - bestehend aus Housekeeping & Technik - verantwortlich.

**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Koordination der Abteilungen Housekeeping und Technik
- Verantwortung aller administrativen Aufgaben, u.a. effiziente Dienstplan
- und Urlaubsgestaltung sowie der Budgetplanung
- Überprüfung der hohen Qualitäts
- und Hygienestandards
- Förderung, Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeiter:innen sowie Lehrlingen
- Organisation und Durchführung interner Mitarbeiterschulungen
- MOD Dienste
- Kreieren von #sachermoments und verzaubern unserer Gäste

**IHR PROFIL**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Erfahrung als Führungskraft
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- MS Office und OPERA Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Freude am Umgang mit einem anspruchsvollen & internationalen Gästeklientel
