People Partner (f/m/d), Kundl, Tyrol, Austria

As a People Partner, you will provide in-country policy expertise and HR generalist knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers, and associates on all P&O topics.

People Partners support all divisional customer groups in-country enabling the delivery of lifecycle events, employee value proposition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, rewards, and reporting.

In addition, People Partners implement P&O change initiatives at a country
- level acting as change agents by working closely alongside key business partners.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide credible P&O People partnering with all employees and act as partner with key people leaders
  • Lead the local roll out of P&O projects
  • Lead P&O operational excellence initiatives by driving quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement of P&Orelated processes
  • Drive the execution of the local implementation of organizational changes in line with country regulations / policies
  • Collaborate and negotiate with local works' council / unions and provide advice for managers on labor law related matters
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive the organization's cultural agenda

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential:

  • Several years of generalist HR experience across employee lifecycle activities
  • Excellent level of German and proficiency in English
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong team player

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience in manufacturing/production

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities within the Novartis group.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement.

For this position the minimum salary is €57,700 per year (on a full-time basis).

In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
