Job Summary/Purpose:


As an Associate Director, Business Analyst, Dev Centers Solutions (d/f/m) you will be responsible for project delivery and/or operations in the given business area.

It will see you partnering with Business Stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.
  • Partner with business partners to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas. Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible function / service area.
  • Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve thedesired business value and impact.
  • Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability andoptimal performance for responsible function / service area.
  • Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc with right stakeholder representation.
  • Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for variousstakeholders for responsible function / service area.
  • Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.

Minimum requirements

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree or various degrees in business, computer science, information technology discipline or equivalent, MBA optional
  • 5 years+ of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma; expert understanding of technology and methodologies as applied in the respective area
  • Deep knowledge of IT and business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage issues, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
  • Networking with key business and IT stakeholders and ability to present to stakeholder groups
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at team and management levels, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence
  • Strong internal and/or external influencing skills to achieve the program objectives
  • Analytical, processoriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements

Austria only:
Minimum annual gross salary € 66526,88 (on a full-time basis)
