**Programmmanager:in "Life Sciences und Karriereentwicklung"**:
m/w/d

In Ihrer Funktion verstärken Sie das Team Life Sciences und Karriereentwicklung des Bereiches Europäische und Internationale Programme der FFG und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag für die erfolgreiche und korrekte Abwicklung von (EU-)Projekten mit Beteiligung der FFG.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns**:

- Mitwirkung in der Programmbetreuung: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Maßnahmen für Trainings
- Unterstützung in der Beratung von Einreicher:innen sowie bei der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten
- Administrative und finanzielle Abwicklung von EU-Projekten
- Vertretung der FFG in europäischen Vernetzungsaktivitäten
- Laufendes Projektcontrolling
- Erstellung von Berichten
- Aktive Gestaltung von (Projekt-)Veranstaltungen und Trainings, inklusive e-Learning-Formaten

**Womit Sie uns begeistern können**:

- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium vorzugsweise im Bereich Life Sciences
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Abwicklung von FTI-Förderprojekten bzw. EU-Projekten
- Kreativität in der Gestaltung interaktiver Formate, etwa im Rahmen von Trainings, inklusive e-Learnings
- Freude an Präsentationen
- Interesse an der Mitwirkung in der Programm
- und Projektbetreuung
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft und Flexibilität für Dienstreisetätigkeit (europäisches Ausland)
