**BUSINESS PROJECT & PROCESS COORDINATOR (M/W/D)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Ansprechpartner für das Prozessmanagement und Kommunikations-Schnittstelle zwischen dem Fachbereich und IT
- Koordination von Projekten zum Design und zur Optimierung von bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen
- Organisation und Moderation von Prozess-Workshops mit den Key-Usern aus den Fachbereichen
- Evaluation der bestehenden Prozesse und Erkennung von Effizienz
- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
- Anpassung der Prozesse an neue Anforderungen aus dem Tagesgeschäft in Abstimmung mit IT
- Dokumentation aller definierten relevanten Geschäftsprozesse bzw. Sicherstellung des Prozess-Know-Hows in der Division
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Zuständigkeitsbereich bzw. bei IT-relevanten Themen

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Uni, FH) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Projekt
- und/oder Prozessmanagement
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bzw. im Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Markt
- und Kundenorientierung
- Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Selbständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsstärke und Lösungsorientierung
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
