For driving multifunctional strategic growth projects within KWIZDA AGRO, under consideration of appropriate planning, implementation, communication and controlling, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced
**BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER (M/W/D)**:
with team leader potential
**Your tasks**:
- Responsible for the management of strategic projects and coordination of defined key initiatives within KWIZDA AGRO, overseeing project planning, status reporting and result monitoring
- Establish a Project Management Office based on organizational needs, and continuously improve project-related governance processes
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate project teams, facilitate team collaboration, and keep participants aligned throughout the projects
- Ensure timely project communication to stakeholders and steering committees
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, taking into account internal support functions and potential external experts for project delivery
- Develop detailed plans, identify critical paths and dependencies, and track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
**Your skills**:
- Relevant degree in business administration with work experience in project management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
- Strong business acumen with hands-on mentality
- Appropriate use of different project methodologies (predictive, agile, hybrid)
- Perfect command of German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Independent, accurate, goal-oriented, systematic work style
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very good organization and problem-solving skills as well as time & cost management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to recognize dependencies, think across boundaries and delegate effectively
- Strong in leading people motivating them and making them co-operate
- Ability to make important decisions under pressure
