Aufgaben
About the job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Central Delivery Office (CDO). This role is crucial in driving the execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
Your Reponsibilites:
- Report progress, escalate risks, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
- Drive the process of aligning OKRs in terms of process optimization, dependency resolution, capacity assessment, and detailed planning
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of selected high-impact OKR initiatives.
- Collaborate with OKR Owners to define objectives, key results, deliverables, and timelines.
- Oversee cross-functional alignment by coordinating with department leads and resolving dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops, breakout sessions, and stakeholder meetings to align on goals, roles, and responsibilities.
- Supervise a small team of project managers, manage resource allocation, and provide mentorship to team members.
Profil
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a cross-functional or strategic environment.
- ideally holds a PMI or PRINCE2 certification.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Expertise in OKR alignment, capacity planning, dependency management, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with OKRs or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 70.000,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
