Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig DEIN DAILY BUSINESS ALS SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER * Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Abwicklung und Steuerung von ERP-Implementierungs- und Stammkundenprojekten (Microsoft Dynamics 365) unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätsvorgaben * Auftragsklärung und Projektkalkulation in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales- Team, sowie Unterstützung in der Pre-Sales-Phase * Koordination des Projektteams und erste Ansprechperson für sämtliche Stakeholder, sowohl intern als auch bei den Kund:innen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleiter:innen auf Kund:innenseite und Führung sowohl unserer Projektmitarbeiter:innen als auch jener der Kund:innen * Aufbereitung von Projektfortschrittsberichten, Budgetentwicklung und Ergebnis-Monitoring sowie deren Präsentation in Entscheidungsgremien * Scope-, Risiko- und Konfliktmanagement innerhalb des Projekts DAS BRINGST DU MIT * Langjährige Projektleitungserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld, idealerweise im Großkunden- und Industriebereich * Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, hohe Lern- und Teamfähigkeit * Sehr gute Kommunikations-Skills, Konfliktfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Moderationsfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke * Ausgezeichnete Produktkenntnisse eines ERP-Systems, idealerweise von Microsoft Dynamics 365 * Knowhow im Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und Softwareentwicklungs-Tools von Vorteil (MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) * Technische- und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH, Uni) * Moderate Reisebereitschaft * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse DARAUF KANNST DU DICH FREUEN Freude an der Arbeit & spitzenmäßige Kolleg:innen Firmenhandy & Laptop auch privat nutzen Ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld und spannende Karrieremöglichkeiten Essensgutscheine & kostenfreie Gesundheitsmaßnahmen Regelmäßige Teamevents Flexible Arbeitszeiten & Home Office Umfangreiche individuelle Möglichkeiten zur Weiterbildung Viele Möglichkeiten, dein Arbeitsumfeld aktiv mitzugestalten Herausfordernde Aufgaben in erfolgreichen Projekten mit modernem Projektmanagement-Ansatz ERPMicrosoft Dynamics 365 BIMicrosoft Power Platform CLOUDMicrosoft Azure Wir sind überzeugt: Gute Arbeit muss auch gut bezahlt werdenDas jährliche Gehalt für diese Vollzeitposition liegt üblicherweise zwischen EUR 77.000,-- und EUR 90.000,-- brutto (Fixum inkl. variabler jährlicher Prämie).
