Sales Representative/Pharmareferent (m/w/d) – Respiratory/Metabolic

In the Respiratory & Metabolic field, our aim is to set the standard of care in areas such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular, and Kidney diseases. We approach patients holistically, aiming to break conventional thinking through sustainable and ambitious actions.

As a Sales Representative, you can bring your ideas and skills with enthusiasm and expertise to enhance the lives of patients.

Your Tasks:

  • Acquisition of new customers, including developing and planning contact strategies
  • Management of general practitioners in the outpatient sector
  • Discussing innovative active ingredients and products, conducting patient- and customer-benefit-oriented discussions at a scientific level
  • Analyzing and evaluating market data, e.g., through potential analyses
  • Developing and implementing individual strategies and measures for specific target groups, considering all communication channels
  • Planning and implementing sales activities with budget responsibility in your own area
  • Optimizing marketing and sales activities based on insights from customer discussions, closely coordinating with colleagues in the field and office to meet current and future needs of local customers
  • Utilizing omnichannel options and materials
  • Conducting presentations to internal and external groups (as needed)
  • Budget planning and responsibility

Your Profile:

  • Pharmaceutical Representative qualification or completed studies in Human, Veterinary, or Dental Medicine, or Pharmacy
  • Using regional insights to create opportunities for market growth and share gains
  • Customer- and team-oriented approach
  • Good sales, presentation, and moderation skills
  • Good IT skills (CRM, MS Office, Email), digital affinity, and willingness to work with various communication channels
  • Excellent German language skills both verbally and in writing
  • Driver's license B
