To complement our highly committed and well-functioning 3-person IT team at our headquarters in
1230 Wien, we are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible personality to join us.


These tasks demand your expertise:

  • You will plan and configure systems and networks in our Stores and headquarters; for this purpose, you will network hardware and software components
  • Maintain the server infrastructure (Windows, VMware, SQL, domain, file server)
  • In 2nd level support you will be involved in troubleshooting and improving existing systems and cooperate intensively with 3rd level support of external partners
  • You will take care of the professional handling of these requests/faults as well as documentation, analysis and escalation
  • Jointly responsible for the further development and innovation of the IT platforms

You convince us confidently with:

  • You have a technical college education (Bachelor) or university education (Master) in the field of computer science or similar
  • You have several years of experience in ICT engineering and ICT operations
  • You have good knowledge of cloudbased services such as O365 (Intune, Sharepoint, etc.) and generally Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
  • You have knowledge of virtualization, containers and networking
  • You can manage Windows server landscapes and have several years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration
  • You have a strong analytical and conceptual mindset
  • You have good written and spoken English skills, German skills are an advantage

For this position, our collective agreement provides for a monthly minimum salary of € 2.508,00 on a full-time basis. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience and will be agreed with you personally and individually.
