Group Risk Reporting and Analytics operates under Group Enterprise-wide Risk Management.

Our primary objective is to utilize data analytics to enhance risk control and monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting and monitoring standards.

We are a multinational team committed to collaboration and top-notch performance.

We are seeking a part-time maternity cover until November 2025.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Grasping risk management principles within the current legal framework
  • Analyzing large datasets to derive insights on key factors influencing portfolio movements and changes in risk metrics
  • Proficiency in various machine learning methods (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, deep learning, etc.) and algorithms
  • Exploring the application of (Gen)AI in big data analytics and streamlining reporting processes
  • Converting complex regulatory reporting requirements into business needs and aiding implementation in analytical and reporting tools
  • Comprehending crucial data quality management principles
  • Collaborating closely with IT and other risk teams to promote deeper comprehension of overarching risk themes and encourage innovative thinking

Your Background:

  • Understanding of the banking sector with a focus on risk management and control; familiarity with the regulatory ESG framework is advantageous
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to identify data trends and patterns, extracting valuable business insights
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve complex and unforeseen scenarios effectively
  • Fluent in English, German proficiency is beneficial
