We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs.

We have leveraged our expertise and capabilities both to commercialize three vaccines, including the world's first and only chikungunya vaccine, and to rapidly advance a broad range of vaccine candidates into and through the clinic, including candidates against Lyme disease and Zika.

Responsibilities

Develop and manae reporting processes and data analysis on People Data and HR compliance topics Ensure accurate and timely reporting, data maintenance, and data governance for HR Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement key performance indicators and metrics to measure and drive HR compliance initiatives Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support informed decision-making Support audits and internal controls related to HR compliance

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, reportig Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field Knowledge in data analysis and reporting using Excel, HR information systems, Power BI and/or analytics tools Experience with HR data privacy and protection Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience working with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € ,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
