Realise your talent

SURF & SKATE SOCIAL MEDIA
The Surf & Skate network is running and managing all social channels in these two disciplines. You will provide support by preparing assets and collaborating with freelancers and our market colleagues all across the globe.

You should have an eye for new social media trends and help to share our strategy to achieve better channel health and sustainable growth.


MOTORSPORTS DIGITAL MEDIA


In the Motorsports team you will have a chance to work closely with our digital media team and integrate new ways of looking at social strategy within all our racing disciplines.

You will oversee the daily motorsports channel output and create content that engages new and existing audiences.

One of the key responsibilities will be working with internal and external production partners and executing the social content strategy.


BRAND COMMUNICATION
The Brand Communications team brings the brand to life across the editorial side of the business.

This role will focus on traditional corporate and editorial communications, with the opportunity to also support media strategy for some of Red Bull's biggest events.

A key part of this role is acting as the Media Network liaison on behalf of Brand, in effort to ensure Comms excellence globally.


GAMING
Gaming is growing more and more important for Red Bull. Starting new projects and maintaining already-released games require lots of work from our rather small team. In this role, you'll connect the content to real-life events and athlete cooperations. You'll be responsible for coordination, stakeholder management, asset production and gain deep understanding of analytics and marketing.

MUSIC & DANCE AUSTRIA


As Culture Marketing Trainee you'll further strengthen the Austrian market regarding our owned music & dance events and industry partnerships.

You will support project management with internal and external stakeholder, help to increase our artist and dancer network and oversee content initiatives with our media network colleagues.

You will gain an in-depth overview of Culture Marketing at Red Bull and support our project managers with their events as well as our artist & dancer programs.


AUDIENCE INSIGHTS


Join the Audience Insights team as a Trainee, where your focus will be analysing Earned, Social, and Owned channels to deliver actionable insights.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in assessing the performance of our entire Media Network. Your expertise in high-quality analysis will directly impact strategic decisions.

Success in this position involves building robust relationships with Marketing teams across the Media Network, as well as with our headquarters and diverse markets, enhancing our efforts to be data-informed and strategic vision.


Qualifications:

You're a recent Graduate or you'll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2024.


You've gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.


You're a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Programme in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage

Additional Information:


Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,124 gross per month.
