Die Dienstleistungseinrichtung (DLE) Bibliotheks
- und Archivwesen der Universität Wien umfasst die Universitätsbibliothek mit der Hauptbibliothek und 36 Fachbereichsbibliotheken sowie das Archiv der Universität Wien. Als größte wissenschaftliche Bibliothek Österreichs versorgt die Universitätsbibliothek Wien die Universitätsangehörigen sowie die interessierte Öffentlichkeit mit für Forschung, Lehre und Studium relevanten Medien und stellt eine Vielzahl weiterer Services zur Verfügung.
- Das Büro des Bibliotheks
- und Archivwesens unterstützt die Bibliotheksleitung umfassend in allen Verwaltungsbereichen, insbesondere bei allen Belangen der Budgeterstellung und des Budgetcontrollings, des Personalmanagements sowie bei Bau
- und Einrichtungsagenden.
- Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die die Bibliotheksleitung in der strategischen Planung unterstützt, das Büro des Bibliotheks
- und Archivwesens leitet und die operativen und administrativen Aufgaben koordiniert und abwickelt.
- Die Stelle ist vorerst auf 1 Jahr befristet, in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen ist eine Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis vorgesehen.**Dauer der Befristung**: 1 Jahr/e**Beschäftigungsausmaß**: 40 Stunden/Woche.
- Einstufung gemäß Kollektivvertrag: -54 VwGr. IVa
- Darüber hinaus können anrechenbare Berufserfahrungen die Einstufung und damit das Entgelt bestimmen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung des Büros inkl. Personalführung und Obsorge für den reibungslosen Ablauf aller operativen und administrativen Agenden der DLE
- Mitwirkung bei Budgeterstellung und -controlling
- Management und Controlling zentraler Ressourcen
- Auswertung und Aufbereitung bereitgestellter Daten zur Personal-, Ressourcen
- und Budgetplanung für Entscheidungen der Bibliotheksleitung
- Mitwirkung bei der Personalstrukturplanung und beim Personalmanagement
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Bibliotheksstatistik
- Mitwirkung bei allen Bau
- und Einrichtungsagenden der DLE
- Definition, Management und verantwortliche Bündelung und Strukturierung von Geschäftsprozessen des Büros und der DLE
- Laufende Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit den internen Abteilungen und Fachbereichsbibliotheken bezüglich Budgetcontrolling und Ressourcenplanung
- Laufende Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Einrichtungen der Universität Wien insbesondere den DLEs Finanzwesen und Controlling, Personalwesen und Frauenförderung sowie Raum
- und Ressourcenmanagement
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der strategischen Ziele der DLE bzw. der Universität Wien
- Mitarbeit in abteilungs
- bzw. DLE-übergreifenden Arbeitsgruppen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Profunde Kenntnisse im Bereich Budgeterstellung und -controlling
- Einschlägige Managementerfahrung
- Fähigkeit zur Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen; Personalführungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zu strukturiertem und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
- Networking-Fähigkeiten sowie Organisations
- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgezeichnete EDV-Anwender*innenkenntnisse
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Bereitschaft zu hohem Engagement
- Stressresistenz und Belastbarkeit
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von universitären Strukturen und Abläufen von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse von bibliothekarischen Abläufen von Vorteil
