Commercial Operations Manager (f/m/d):

  • 1190 Vienna
  • Fulltime employee

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
**- Creation and/or control of specific reports and analyses for L-AT Business Units

  • Coordinative and administrative support for projectrelated, crossdepartmental commercial topics
  • Operational coordination of overarching commercial processes across L-AT business units
  • Administrative management of Austrian market access activities (e.g. with authorities)
  • Management of PHARMIGrelevant tasks (e.g. transparency declarations)
  • Coordination of overarching commercial L-AT topics and/or projects with HQdepartments (SCM, Controlling, Market Access, Legal etc.)
  • Process support for the Country Manager in strategic projects

Your

Qualifications and Experience
**- 3+ years of professional experience in this role or similar position

  • Strong collaboration, analytic and organization skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • High proficiency and speed in Microsoft Office365, especially Excelskills on toplevel
  • Handson mentality, determined to always deliver against objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
