Zur Unterstützung des bestehenden Teams wird ein Solution Designer (m/w/d) gesucht.

**Deine Hard
- und Software**
- Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung (HTL, Fachhochschule, Universität)
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Experte in Business Analysis und im Requirements Management
- Erfahrung im Stakeholder-, Prozess
- und Projektmanagement
**Deine Tasks**
- Berate die Fachabteilungen bei der Erstellung und Strukturierung von Anforderungen und/oder User Journeys sowie bei der Ermittlung und Dokumentation von Business Requirements und Business Rules & in der Verwendung der IT-Systeme (z.B. Konfiguration, Parametrisierung)
- Leite in Abstimmung mit der IT die notwendigen IT Requirements ab
- Sei Ansprechperson für inhaltliche Fragen zum Demand und verantworte die Dokumentation von im Projekt entwickelten Business Rules und Prozessanpassungen (Confluence)
Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei mindestens € 45.000;
- Jahresbrutto mit der Bereitschaft zur erheblichen Überbezahlung, welche sich an Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert.
