Mit über Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinner sind wir einer der führenden Anbieter im Bereich Global Entity Management und Corporate Services. Wir beraten und begleiten unsere Klienten beim Markeintritt in Österreich und bieten lokales Knowhow gepaart mit einem internationalen Netzwerk.

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns sind**:

- Betreuung österreichischer Gesellschaften (Corporate Housekeeping, Legal Compliance), samt
- selbstständiger Bearbeitung von unternehmens
- und vertragsrechtlichen Aufgaben
- Betreuung internationaler Kunden
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Prüfung von Dokumenten
- Kommunikation mit Banken, Behörden und Klienten (Business English)
- Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen (Accounting, HR Services, Capital Markets)

- eine juristische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung besitzen
- genau und verlässlich arbeiten
- sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office sind
- proaktives Handeln und kreative Lösungsansätze mitbringen
- sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch in Wort und Schrift beherrschen
