RESEARCH ENGINEER (M/W/D) FOR ENERGY INFORMATICS

  • Als Teil unseres Teams entwickeln Sie Modelle, Simulationsumgebungen und Anlagensteuerungssysteme für die sektorenübergreifende Integration (Strom, Wärme, Wasserstoff).
  • Mit Ihren Kompetenzen helfen Sie aktiv mit, den Bereich erneuerbarer Kraftwerke und Speichersysteme technisch zu optimieren und neue Vermarktungsmodelle zu entwickeln.
  • Sie entwickeln Softwaretools und Verfahren zur simulativen Auslegung und optimierten Betrieb von erneuerbaren Kraftwerkanlagen und Speichersystemen
  • Sie sind inhaltlich an unseren Forschungsthemen beteiligt, indem Sie die Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Forschungs- und Industrieprojekten übernehmen.
  • Die von Ihnen mitentwickelten Tools und Methoden werden in unterschiedlichen Projekten eingesetzt und Kund:innen bereitgestellt.
  • Ihre innovativen Ergebnisse sowie Ihr wachsendes Netzwerk zu Partner:innen aus der Industrie und Energiewirtschaft tragen aktiv zum Erfolg unserer aktuellen Forschungsprojekte bei, sowie zur Etablierung neuer Geschäftsmodelle und Anlagenkonzepte im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien und Speichersysteme, um praxisrelevante Lösungen anwendungsnahe gestalten zu können.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich: Qualifikationen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Bereich der Software-Entwicklung bzw. entsprechenden Programmiersprachen (insbesondere Python)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Simulationstechniken, Modellbildung und Datenanalyse sowie Machine-Learning sind von Vorteil
  • Gutes Verständnis von aktuellen Technologien und Systemen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien, elektrischen Netze, Gasnetze, Wasserstoff, Batteriespeichersysteme sowie Sektorkopplung ist von Vorteil
  • Besonderes Interesse für angewandte Forschung und der Lösung von praxisrelevanten Problemen, idealerweise bereits Projekterfahrung in diesem Kontext
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sprachkenntnisse Englisch und Deutsch in Wort & Schrift
Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (mindestens MSc.), vorzugsweise mit Informatikbezug (z.B. Technische Informatik, Software-Engineering, Data Science etc.)
