Ultimate Europe mit Sitz in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde (NÖ) ist Teil einer sehr erfolgreichen internationalen Firmengruppe mit weiteren Standorten in Rumänien, Polen, Türkei, USA, China und Australien. Wir beschäftigen uns mit der Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Service von Übergängen, automatischen Türsystemen und Innenausstattung für Schienenfahrzeuge. Für unseren Standort in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde suchen wir zur Verstärkung und Erweiterung unserer internationalen Marktaktivitäten eine/n:
**Teamleader After Sales & Refurbishment (m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führung eines 4-köpfigen Teams
- Technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung von Ersatzteilanfragen und -aufträgen
- Kostenkalkulation und Kostenkontrolle
- Ausarbeitung von Ersatzteilpaketen mit dem Kunden
- Weiterentwicklung des Ersatzteilprozesses mit den Produktionswerken und Lieferanten
- Aktives Betreuen von Instandhaltungskonzepten (Life Cycle Costs)
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung

**Ihre Kompetenzen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- Teamfähig, kommunikativ
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
- mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
