Your responsibilities

  • Independent creation and updating of master data in SAP
  • Requesting samples and documents from suppliers
  • Creation and monitoring of supplier contracts
  • Interface for communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • General administrative tasks and active support of the purchasing team
  • Creation of reporting data

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience working with SAP is desirable
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure, show commitment to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamoriented, independent, structured and reliable way of working
