Manufacturing Process Expert

- Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, Identifizierung und Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen hinsichtlich Qualität (Compliance, Fehlerfreiheit), Kosten (Effizienz, Material), Menge und Zeit (Kapazität, Fulfillment)
- Vertretung des Bereiches in Projekten (Prozess, Anlage, TPS, Compliance, Kapazität, Validierungen, PFMEA) als fachlicher Experte sowie bei Bedarf koordinierende Schnittstelle zwischen Projektteam und Produktion
- Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Änderungsanträgen
- Evaluierung von Änderungsanträgen
- Erstellung bzw. fachliche Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen, Anweisungen und Herstellvorschriften (z.B. MBR, SOPs, Prozessdarstellungen,)
- Review und Genehmigung von Dokumenten (MBR, SOPs, Validierungen, Studien, Einreichungsunterlagen)
- Moderation und fachliche Unterstützung der Produktionsbereiche bei Fehler
- und Ursachenanalysen (CAPA)
- Zusammenstellung und Präsentation von Events im Event Review Board
- Schulung des Produktionspersonals bei Einführung von Prozessänderungen, neuen Prozessen
- Unterstützung der Produktion bei Planung und Durchführung von Sondertätigkeiten (Validierungen, Conformance Lots, Engineering Runs,)
- Fachliche Vertretung des Bereiches bei internen und externen Audits
- Beurteilung von Auditbeobachtungen und Festlegung von Korrektur-/Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:
- Fachschul
- oder HTL-Abschluss mit relevanter Berufserfahrung, FH- oder Univ. Abschluss Naturwissenschaften, Erfahrung in der Produktion im GMP Umfeld, idealerweise (Bio)Pharmazie, Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, Planung und Dokumentation von Studien
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität, Eigenständigkeit, hohes Sicherheits
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, analytisch und lösungsorientiert, soziale Kompetenz
- Sprache(n): Deutsch, Englisch
- IT: Office, ERP (z.B. JDE), EQM (z.B. LIMS, TrackWise,), Anlagensteuerungsprogramme
