Tasks

The Global Process Expert - Digital Services & Repair acts as the link between business and IT development by understanding, translating and managing process and system requirements along the development cycle.


He/she drives process excellence and transformation towards target state, positively impacting customer experience and business outcomes, while driving E2E cross-functional collaboration.


  • Work as point of contact for new business requirements/improvements from the regions
  • Align and define global standards and get them implemented in our tools
  • Create technical specifications for the development team
  • Perform system tests prior to system releases
  • Create user documentation/manuals
  • Collaborate/communicate with Regions on new releases/features
  • Conduct trainings and support rollouts in Regions
  • Key Contact and support to Application Experts in Regions

Requirements:

  • Good IT knowledge/affinity required
  • Project/Process Management skills required
  • SAP/ESM knowledge advantageous
  • SQL database knowledge advantageous
  • English fluency required
  • Additional languages advantageous
  • International travelling of 2030% necessary
  • Confident presenting internally and externally
  • Good communication skills required
