**Das bewirken Sie**:

- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Abweichungsmeldungen und Durchführung von CAPAs
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Änderungsanträgen und Reklamationen
- Bereitstellung von Kennzahlen zu Abweichungen, Änderungsanträgen und Reklamationen
- Dokumentenrevisionen
- Ständige Optimierung durch Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Aufrechterhaltung des 5S Status in der Abteilung
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Risk Assessments und bei der Durchführung des Trendingprozesses
- Koordination von Dummyshipments und Verwaltung der bereichsübergreifenden technischen Standards
- Subject Matter Expert für Evaluierungen von SNCs (Supplier Notification of Change) sowie Change Controls

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung idealerweise im Bereich Logistik, Projektmanagement o.Ä.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager
- oder Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
- Geschick im Umgang mit Zahlen sowie logisches und analytisches Denken
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge nach Prioritätserfordernissen zu ordnen und umzusetzen
- Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil (Norwegisch, Italienisch, Tschechisch, Ungarisch)
- Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office erforderlich, Kenntnisse bzw. Interesse für Power BI erwünscht)
- Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit Menschen
- Genauigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verlässlichkeit
- Teamplayer mit Spaß an Arbeit in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Bereitschaft, in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell zu arbeiten (Mischung aus Arbeit im Büro und Homeoffice)
