  • Borealis supplies products and services to customers across the globe. OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.

    Your tasks
  • Settingup and testing of new business scenarios relevant for "Renewables Fuels & Feedstocks". Master Data maintenance (Products, Business partners, Plants), e.g.
request customs and tax master data creation, maintenance of purchases, sales and intercompany contracts, managing freight related topics in alignment with logistics, E2E testing of new business scenarios in SAP, such as:
orders, movement of goods, invoices).

  • Alignment of E2E Process with relevant departments (such as: Logistics, Finance, Tax, Sales or Supply).
  • Coordination of "Renewables Fuels & Feedstocks" IT requests as well as representation of "Renewables Fuels & Feedstocks" in IT projects.
  • Continuous improvement/digitalization of "Renewables Fuels & Feedstocks" processes as well as supervision and support of Key-Users/SAP-Users.
  • Support of the Month End-Closing Activities and steering of RS-Back Office Staff.

Your profile

  • University Master Degree/Diploma in the area of Business, Economics or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Profound knowledge and advanced skills in SAP.
  • Great communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Fluency in English (German language is an advantage).
