We in Group Securities Services want to offer to our clients the best service for processing securities transactions, custody and asset servicing.


The unit Securities Servicing & Solutions is responsible for definition and implementation of new systems, processes and products as well as constantly improving existing ones for the area of securities operations.

To our responsibilities belongs also to secure the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


We are also participating in working groups of external bodies like CSD ́s, Stock exchanges, Regulators and other Authorities to fulfil our tasks.


Our main goal is to improve the service for the clients in an agile way with a strong focus on the End-to-end process view.


Your Tasks:

- (Leading) participation in internal and group wide projects and initiatives for implementation of new processes and systems or improving existing ones with focus of the end-to-end view for securities services, esp. transactional business

  • Automating and digitalizing of securities services and processes on the basis of data driven analyses
  • Definition and analyses of KPI ́s for the measurement of the quality of processes and projects for constant improvement
  • Participation in the development and implementation of new securities products as well as onboarding to new markets.
  • Handover of developments to the runthebank organisation
  • Functional responsibility for systems and solutions including demand and backlog management, budgeting and further development including managing external vendors
  • Point of contact for customers and stakeholder like Processing units, IT, Trading, Risk Management as well as Legal and Compliance units.
  • Ensuring the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Contacts and participation in working groups with external bodies like CSD ́s, stock exchanges, regulators and other authorities

Your Background:

  • At least 3 years background in banking, IT or project work with a strong focus on securities business
  • University degree or comparable education or working experience
  • Knowledge of securities business preferable operations and products
  • Interest in new technologies
  • IT knowledge (MS Office, SQL-Basis knowledge, etc.)
  • Experience in agile project work as well using tools for automating and digitalizing (like RPA and workflowtools)
  • Knowhow about process optimization
  • You are analytical and data driven
  • Great communication skills and ability to lead discussions in an intercultural and diverse environment
  • Act selfaccountable and solution oriented
  • Fluid in German and English

  • The minimum wage for this fulltime position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 40.635;
