Your main responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Managing all operational and commercial fleet management issues of KG AUT, with a fleet of approximately 550 vehicles
  • Ensuring the servicing of internal customers on relevant matters and their mobility
  • Handling all driver and vehicle changes, as well as related document management and preparation
  • Dealing with official penalties, vehicle damages, vehicle returns, and handovers
  • Administrative and digital vehicle management and data maintenance
  • Proactive outbound calls (inspections, service, tire reminders) – Service-oriented driver support
  • Acting as the interface to insurance companies, leasing banks, suppliers, and workshops
  • Generating reports, analyses, and key performance indicators to optimize efficiency, exchanging insights with stakeholders, and implementing improvements
  • Continuously assessing mobility solutions, economic conditions in alignment with local requirements and corporate directives
  • Contributing to and developing potentials in various projects: E-mobility, digitalization, processes, fleet planning, subsidies
  • Regular communication with international corporate colleagues in the Fleet/Mobility sector, as well as internal stakeholders: drivers, Human Resources, works council, controlling, accounting, department heads, etc.

  • Relevant education and work experience in the automotive industry, such as dealership, garage operation, leasing bank, corporate fleet management
  • Team orientation, service orientation, and strong communication skills
  • Initiative and a solution-oriented, independent work approach

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and commercial expertise
  • Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and precision
  • Experience in external supplier communication
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, especially in Excel, and SAP experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in both German and English

Compensation is in line with the respective classification according to the collective agreement for the Metal Technology Industry and amounts to at least EUR 3,207.73 gross/month on a full-time basis.
