We know that mobility can be done differently; smarter, cleaner and more social

Our electrical vehicles:
moped and ebike are 100% electric and emission-free. We charge them with green electricity generated by solar panels, which ensures cleaner air and less noise pollution.

Our electric scooter sharing system is suitable for young and old, perfect for students, handy for entrepreneurs who want to be sure that they arrive fresh and on time at their appointment.

Who Are you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a field operations or service delivery environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in establishing and managing operational processes and KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.

What are you going to do?

  • Supervise and lead all stages and units of the Fleet Operations in Vienna.
  • Establish resultbased operational processes and manage teams' KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Conduct staff planning, supervise employee performance, and effectively manage subordinate teams.
  • Motivate employees to increase their performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide consistent, effective, and open communication to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and departments.
