  • Deine Hauptaufgabe ist die Akquise und Betreuung von Subunternehmern.
  • Du verfolgst hartnäckig deine Mission, unseren zur Verfügung stehenden Laderaum – die Grundlage für unseren Geschäftserfolg – zu erweitern.
  • Über aktive Frächterakquise knüpfst und baust du neue Geschäftskontakte aus und verhilfst unserer Niederlassung so zu neuem Geschäft.
  • Du führst Verhandlungen mit potenziellen Subfrächtern.

(Die Entlohnung nach KV Spedition beträgt für 40 Wochenstunden brutto EUR 1.803,40 pro Monat. Tatsächlich orientiert sich das Gehalt aber an deiner Leistung und liegt, je nach Qualifikation und Einsatzbereitschaft, deutlich über Kollektiv.)

Erforderlich
  • Du besitzt logistisches Talent.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch, optimalerweise zusätzlich eine osteuropäische Fremdsprache.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Berufserfahrung in der Speditionsbranche, dies ist aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du hast Freude an der telefonischen Kommunikation mit potenziellen Geschäftspartnern.
  • Du trittst sicher auf und zeichnest dich durch fundierte Kenntnisse in Gesprächs- und Verhandlungsführung aus.
