**Aufgaben**:

- Aufbau eines Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements bei Fischer inkl. Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie
- Unternehmensweites Vorantreiben der Nachhaltigkeitsthemen mit allen lokalen Stakeholdern
- Aufbau und Implementierung aller nachhaltigkeitsrelevanten Prozesse (Ökologie, Ökonomie, Soziales)
- Zentrale Ansprechperson in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit zur Beantwortung von internen und externen Anfragen
- Erstellung eines laufenden Reportings für sämtliche Nachhaltigkeitsaktivitäten nach GRI Standard
- Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Kaizen Management Systems
- Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen/Workshops zu verschiedenen Kaizen-Themen Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen inkl. Erfolgskontrolle

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches bzw. technisches Studium (FH, Uni)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement (CSR, ESG) sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Lean Management und Kaizen wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen (Data Analytics)
- Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken mit hoher Lösungsorientierung
- Beratungs-, Präsentations
- sowie Moderationskompetenz vorteilhaft
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
- Implementierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden zur Weiterentwicklung der Lean-Kultur
