CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT POLAND (gn)**
to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Kundl

YOUR MISSION WITH US:

  • Order processing
  • Returns processing
  • Maintenance of the data master in the merchandise management system
  • Processing of debit notes
  • Supporting the key account with quotations
  • Sales evaluations and statistics
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts in cooperation with the accounting department

AND WITH THE RIGHT BACKGROUND, YOU MAKE THE TEAM COMPLETE:

  • High school diploma or completed apprenticeship as office administrator
  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Several years of experience would be an advantage
  • Flexibility
  • Accuracy and precision
  • Willingness to perform
  • Ability to work in a team
