Your role at RBI:
- Lead the team in defining, building, managing and supporting a largescale bankingoriented platform that supports digital banking related services
- Define target customer, market size, segmentation, product positioning, acquisition channels, pricing, funding, and risk frameworks
- Drive the validation of viable solutions to customer problems via studies, interviews, and research
- Work closely with other product teams to align product roadmaps with crossproduct strategies/market offerings and validate product definitions with customers
- Establish metrics, processes, and dashboards for monitoring and evaluation of the success of new functionality
- Be an expert with respect to the competition. Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Your core competencies:
- Familiarity with embedded finance solutions and industry developments
- Experience as Product Manager working with bankingrelated API products/platforms in fintech/eCommerce/SaaS/PaaS
- Solid technical understanding of APIs, digital platforms, and revenue sharing
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguous problems and problem spaces in pursuit of clarity and concrete outcomes
- Experience in ecom, payments, fintech or software sales organization. Experience with comprehensive business development projects
- Ability to function independently and in team environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Confluence, and Jira
- Strong communication skills in working with internal business lines and external distribution partners and public engagements
