Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our team at Raiffeisenbankengruppe. As a key member of our Payment Acceptance business, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategy for alternative payment methods, including account-to-account payments, digital currencies, and other innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our IT teams and Shared-Service Centers to design and implement centralized solutions for alternative payment methods.
- Work with Network Banks and Sales/Marketing departments to develop a go-to-market strategy for new payment methods.
- Take ownership of creating, prioritizing, and refining the backlog for the team.
- Proven experience as a product owner or product manager in an international environment.
- Passion for payments and staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
- Excellent communication skills in English to negotiate with stakeholders from head office, Network Banks, and external partners.
- Knowledge of agile methods and experience with Confluence/Jira.
- Nice to have: experience in payment acceptance business and high-level discussions around IT architectures relevant to Payment Acceptance.
