We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of
Product Manager (m/f/d) for Oncology – Cancer Registries
In this role, you will oversee the management of oncology cancer registries, ensuring that cancer data is accurately collected, documented, and transmitted in compliance with national standards and current legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product roadmap and strategic vision Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including OnkoZert, ADT-GEKID, clients, and internal teams Analyze and prioritize market needs and trends within the healthcare sector Collaborate closely with end-users, UX designers, and development teams to define and validate product requirements Provide clinical and functional guidance to the development team and related areas such as documentation Propel the ongoing advancement of your product in alignment with innovation opportunities and market demands Manage product-related communications with customers, services, and management effectively Foster a collaborative team environment characterized by open communication Inspire, mentor, and support colleagues across the organizationRequired Qualifications:
Degree in Medical Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g., experienced oncology nurse, oncology documentist) Minimum of 5 years of experience in an oncology department within a healthcare setting Expertise in oncology and related fields Familiarity with the oncology IT market Self-driven product manager focused on optimizing customer outcomes Strong analytical skills to navigate conflicting inputs in various agile projects (scrum) A keen interest in IT-related topics Excellent business acumen and a collaborative team spirit Proficient communication skills in both German and English Strong self-management abilities and a proactive mindset Knowledge of mathematics and statistics is advantageousWhat We Offer:
