**Dein spannendes Aufgabengebiet bei Reckitt**:

- Unterstützung der HR-Business Partnerin in allen Phasen der Personalbeschaffung (Employer Branding, Recruiting, Onboarding usw.) und diversen HR-Projekten
- Verantwortung für die Zeiterfassung im HR-Tool "Atoss"
- Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der monatlichen Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen (Gleitzeit, Home-Office, Verträge, Arbeitszeit)
- Personalverwaltungsaufgaben und Pflege der Personalakten
- Datenkontrolle und -pflege im konzerninternen HR-Tool (SAP Success Factors)
- Eigenverantwortung für selbstständige HR-Projekte
- Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:innen bei diversen Fragen

**Deine Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten**:

- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im HR-Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, gepaart mit Lösungsorientierung und Lernfreude
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen (Ausbildung oder Praktikum im Personalwesen) von Vorteil
- Proaktive und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit einer selbständigen und verlässlichen Arbeitsweise
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie sehr gutes Englisch setzen wir voraus

Für diese Position ist ein monatliches Gehalt von EUR 950,00 für 20 h/Woche vorgesehen.
