Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.
  • Our businessYour tasks
  • Drafts contracts, works agreements, resolutions, and other legal documents and prepares filings and tracks litigation.
  • Uptodate monitoring of legal changes; providing proactive approach to new challenges.
  • Participating in the definition and evaluation of new projects with regard to legal framework.
  • Has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the department's work and its context in the organization as a whole.
  • Researches statutes, regulations, and court decisions and prepares summaries of findings.
  • Organizing and maintaining Group Works Council calendar in all aspects (appointments, Group works council meetings, etc.).
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with Group Works Council, Board Members, Team Managers in branch offices and related organizational units as well as with external parties and teams.
  • Handling of internal and external correspondence.

Profile:

  • You have a Master Degree in Law.
  • You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- you have a strong knowledge and background of Austrian Labor Law.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German skills; Romanian of advantage.
  • Excellent ITskills and Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Discrete, reliable, precise, ability to execute tasks independently and within requested time frame.
  • You are selfmotivated and a good teamplayer.
