User Experience Research Internship

We are looking for an intern to join our User Experience (UX) Research Team.

In this
3 to 4-month internship, you will learn how to run effective research studies and generate meaningful insights for internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of shaping the health and fitness states of millions of users and will also have the chance to work with one of the leading e-commerce sports brands in the world.


You'll contribute by:

  • Collaborating with a senior researcher on defining research questions and deriving action plans towards execution
  • Being part of highly complex projects involving teams of multiple disciplines, such as Product Management, Product Design and Software Engineering
  • Running your own operative research studies from inception to completion
  • Supporting Product teams with identifying research methodologies, as well as conducting and analysing research (e.g. usability testing, interviews and surveys)
  • Expanding our Product teams' knowledge of our users and their behaviors in our apps
  • Preparing tangible outputs (e.g. slide deck) after analysing research findings

What makes you the right match:

  • Student in User Experience Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Machine Interaction or a related field
  • Ideally, first experience with identifying research methods and analysis of research results
  • Cando attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new things
  • Affinity for sports and healthrelated topics
  • Passionate about serving users and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to present research findings to nonresearch stakeholders
  • Excellent English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, research tool knowledge is a plus
  • Valid work permit for Austria
