International Ppp Lawyer

Aufgaben:

  • Legal support in public procurement procedures related to international PPP projects and/or project finance transactions in the infrastructure sector
  • Analyzing of tenders, project and finance documentation from a legal point of view
  • Drafting of and commenting on consortium agreements, project contracts (i.e. in particular project agreements, construction contracts, design agreements, supply contracts), financing agreements, advisory contracts, etc.
  • Negotiations with the public grantor, development or consortium partners, advisors, lenders and subcontractors
  • Legal advisory in the due diligence and development of projects in the energy sector
  • Tendering, selection and coordination of external legal advisors

Qualifikationen:

  • Experience in international construction law (incl. standard form of contracts like FIDIC, NEC) and international project finance transactions
  • Completed law degree, postgraduate studies in the field of international construction law or of financing are desirable
  • Commitment to ethical business conduct
  • Commercial and interdisciplinary thinking in providing the legal advice, including a solid technical understanding
  • Negotiation skills and good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written English skills essential, proficiency in German helpful but not required
