Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)

**DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS**:

- Betreuung aller Talent Acquisition Themen im Bereich 'Falkensteiner Hotels und Residences
- Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen
- Passives und aktives Sourcing
- Durchführung von Interviews
- Messebesuche & Networking
- Auswahl und Nutzung geeigneter digitaler Recruiting-Kanäle (u.a. Social Media Plattformen)
- Begleitung von State-of-the-Art Recruiting Prozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting Strategien

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung z.B. im Recruiting, Sourcing oder der Personalberatung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Freude am eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Flexibilität
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Durchsetzungsfähige und gewinnende Persönlichkeit
- Blick für das Große und Ganze
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse

Für diese Vollzeitposition bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von 3.200,00€. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrungen ist eine marktübliche Überzahlung möglich.
