Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

- **Sicherstellung einer genehmigungsfähigen Planung **für (Standort-) Erweiterungen (Planung entspricht den rechtlichen Vorgaben nach UVP-, Gewerbe-, Wasser-, Immissionsschutz-, Gewässerschutz-, Energie-, IUV/Seveso-, Naturschutz-, Forst-, Abfall-, Baurecht etc.)
- **Sicherstellung der termingerechten Erstellung der Antragsunterlagen **zur Einholung notwendiger Bau
- und Betriebsgenehmigungen für zukünftige (Standort-)Erweiterungen
- **Förderung und Steuerung des behördlichen Verfahrens **zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Genehmigung für den Bau und den Betrieb von (Standort-)Erweiterungen - alle behördlichen Genehmigungen und Freigaben
- **Koordinieren von Vertragspartnern **in Zusammenhang mit der Genehmigungsplanung (z.B. Fachplaner und Gutachter, Client-Teams, Rechtsanwälte, Generalübernehmer, etc.)
- **Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der behördlichen Auflagen **aus Genehmigungen für den Bau und Betrieb von (Standort-)Erweiterungen unter Einbeziehung aller internen Abteilungen und/oder externen Prüfern/Gutachtern inklusive Sicherheitstechnische Erstüberprüfungen der Anlagen
- **Koordination von Arbeitspaketen **und Terminplänen **zur Erreichung der aufgeführten Ziele
- Mitwirkung bei der **Gewährleistung der Arbeitsschutz und -sicherheit im Projekt**

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:

- Über ein **abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium **in dem Bereich der **Chemie-, Chemieingenieurwesen **oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Studienrichtung verfügen
- **Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung **auf dem Gebiet **Gewerbe-, Immissionsschutz
- und Umweltrecht **vorweisen können
- Idealerweise **Kenntnisse **zum **Betriebsanlagen-Genehmigungsverfahren **und der **Arbeitssicherheit **mitbringen
- Versiert im Umgang mit **MS-Office **und **CAD-Software **(von Vorteil) sind
- **Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse **sowie eine **ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit **besitzen
- Eine **genaue, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise **sowie ein **sicherer Umgang mit Stakeholdern **zu Ihren Stärken zählen
- Ein **Teamplayer **sind
