**Ihr Bereich**
Der Bereich Treasury Markets nimmt eine zentrale Funktion in der Steuerung der Bank ein und stellt den Zugang zum internationalen Geld
- und Kapitalmarkt dar. Als Asset Liability Management sind wir Teil dieses Bereichs und für die Steuerung der Zins
- und Liquiditätsposition der gesamten BAWAG Gruppe verantwortlich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
Sie interessieren sich für Finanzmarktthemen und wollen aktiv an der Steuerung der Zins
- und Liquiditätsposition der BAWAG mitarbeiten? Dann werden Sie Trainee im BAWAG Group Treasury:

- Sie analysieren die Zins
- und Liquiditätsposition der Bank sowie der Tochtergesellschaften.
- Auf Basis Ihrer Analysen arbeiten Sie Steuerungsvorschläge und Entscheidungsgrundlagen aus und diskutieren diese mit Stakeholdern.
- Sie nehmen am bankweiten Planungsprozess teil und erstellen Forecast-Rechnungen für zins
- und liquiditätsrelevante KPIs.
- Dabei lernen Sie bankweite Abläufe und Zusammenhänge über den Bereich Treasury hinaus kennen.

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium (z.B. Quantitative Finance, Finanzmathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Erste Berufserfahrungen (Praktika) im Treasury oder Market Risk von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Kapitalmarktthemen und Finanzinstrumenten
- Hohe IT-Affinität, sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Kenntnisse in Datenbanken (SQL)
- Erste Erfahrungen in Finanzmarktsystemen wie Bloomberg von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
