Junior Treasury Specialist (M/F/d)
YOU WILL.
Main tasks
- Management of tenders for financing transactions (such as promissory note loan, factoring, revolving credit facilities)
- Currency risk management (operational and strategic)
- Integration and support of new/existing Group Companies during pre
- Loan administration: Covenants compliance and information delivery, investor relations and future activities thereon
- Structuring of I/C financing transactions inline with group strategy and under tight collaboration with Group Tax function
- Transfer pricing compliant I/C contracts and conditions / tight collaboration with tax advisors
- Commodity trading support (operational and strategic)
- Work in different projects on automatization and digitalization
- Dialogue with partner banks
- Group wide contact for financing related questions, reporting and cooperation with Controlling & Accounting
- Possibility to grow in certain areas of typical treasury activities not mentioned above
Requirements:
- University degree of Business Administration, Economics, Law or Mathematics
- Basics in financial market & financial products knowledge
- First experience in the areas of Corporate Treasury, Finance, Banking or similar
- Willingness to be trained on the job within a well experienced and very supportive team
- Experience with a Treasury Management System is an advantage
- German and English on professional level
- Interest in working in an international group of companies
- Permanent improvement willingness in personal and professional skills
- Hands-On mentality
- Accurate, independent and structured way of working
- Affinity for numbers and patience for solving complex problems
