Treasury & Accounting Specialist (M/F/d)

As a Treasury & Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing, optimizing, and managing treasury operations. Perform and oversee accounting activities within the organization while ensuring accuracy, compliance, timelines, and efficiency.

Your Tasks:

  • Define and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions for efficient and costeffective treasury services.
  • Manage treasury transactions such as shortterm investments, FX hedging transactions, or financings in alignment with the Head of Finance and other stakeholders.
  • Optimize cash flows by forecasting, tracking, and managing cash positions across various business units and regions.
  • Create and implement process and tool improvement projects in the accounting and treasury area.
  • Support in the accounting of bank statements and accounts payables in peak times

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 23 years of experience in corporate treasury management, banking or accounting
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, treasury and accounting processes
  • Communicative and handson personality
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience in SAP, banking and treasury tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English
