We are looking for a
Product Manager (M/F/d) who will be part of the
Lifecycle Services portfolio team and working within the global Lifecycle Service Business unit.
home office located close to an international airport in Europe (preferably
Central Europe).
Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible to manage, enhance and maintain existing products and develop new products to strengthen our DrivePro Lifecycle Services portfolio.
- Shepard the product through its lifecycle including market analyses, product development, managing launch, maintenance/enhancement and phase out activities
- Define product visions and roadmaps with the Portfolio Manager and other stakeholders (mainly Sales Drivers, Portfolio Managers as well as colleagues from Product Management and Development, Business Unit Leadership Team and Marketing)
- Secure that product meets current market requirements (including standards, legislation, adaptations, and cost levels)
- Promote the product towards Sales and Sales Drivers and support them with detailed product knowledge
- Analyse the current performance/profitability including the customer experience of the product, take corrective actions and forecast future sales
- Alignment and managing dependencies with other Product Managers within the team but also with product teams in other Business units
- Provide comparison of product features and performance vs. competitor products
- Competence development of key stakeholders (Train the Trainers concept, Training)
Background & Skills:
To succeed in this position, you have earned a university degree in business administration, engineering, marketing or equivalent qualification or have a comparable qualification.
Additionally, we would like to see:
- A structured approach towards new ideas, challenges and handling cross-functional projects
- A solid strategic thinking as well as prioritization capabilities
- A high interest in commercial /business affairs
- Ability to work in an internationally oriented environment with many stakeholders and within different and diverse teams
- Domain knowledge with respect to Products, Applications and Competitors within Drives is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Willingness to travel globally (2030%)
