Head of HR (m/w/x)

Standort: Wien

Ihre Challenge:

- Leitung von Recruiting und erster Ansprechpartner für personelle Bedarfsdeckung im Unternehmen
- Erste Ansprechperson für Anliegen unserer KollegInnen, Betriebsrat und externe Recruiting Partner
- Sparring Partner für Geschäftsleitung sowie unserer Führungskräfte in AT & CEE
- Aktive Beratung und Betreung der Fachabteilungen in Bezug auf das österreichische Arbeits
- und Sozialrecht
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von wegweisenden HR-Strategien betreffenden des gesamten Employee-Life-Cycle
- Optimierung bestehender interner HR-Prozesse und Reporting
- Weiterentwicklung von Employer Branding Maßnahmen und Nutzung neuer Kanäle für die interne und externe Kommunikation.

Ihr spannendes Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Personalbereich sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Umfassende HR-Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits und insbesondere dem österreichischen Arbeits
- und Sozialrecht
- Ausgezeichnete MS Office Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse für die nationale und internationale Kommunikation werden vorausgesetzt. Weitere CEE-Sprache von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägter Sinn für Ergebnisse, Organisation, Serviceorientierung und Verantwortung
- Begeisterung für den Aufbau von neuen HR-Prozessen
- Ihre ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Resilienz, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Ihre Hands-on-Mentalität runden Ihr Profil ab.
