**Head of HR - Culinary & Components Division Austria (all genders)**:
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- HR Leitung der Divisionen Culinary & Components Österreich & Pochtler Industrieholding
- Operative Verantwortung der HR Prozesse am Standort (ca. 320 MA - ArbeiterInnen & Angestellte)
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des HR Teams bestehend aus 3 Mitarbeiterinnen
- Beratung und Business Partner der Geschäftsführung und der Führungskräfte in sämtlichen personalbezogenen Themen
- Neustrukturierung von HR Prozessen, Optimierung des Zeiterfassungssystems & lokale Implementierung von Workday Recruiting & Learning
- Vorantreiben der standortübergreifenden Harmonisierung von Vorlagen, Prozessen und Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Steuerung & Erarbeitung der Kosten
- und Budgetplanung für HR
- Gesundheitsmanagement und Arbeitnehmerschutz

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder juristisches Studium mit HR Schwerpunkt und / oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als generalistische HR Führungskraft in einem Industrieunternehmen mit Schichtbetrieb
- Konzernerfahrung von Vorteil
- Hohe Affinität zur Digitalisierung und Freude am Optimieren von Prozessen
- Sehr gute Arbeitsrechts
- und gute Englisch Kenntnisse
- Hohe Stressresistenz, Einsatzbereitschaft & agiles Mindset
- Optimistische Haltung & pragmatisches Lösungs-Denken
- Empathischer Teamleader auf Augenhöhe

Für diese Position auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 4.502,64 lt. KV für die Metalltechnische Industrie (FMTI) mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
